Subway builds on the success of last summer’s Eat Fresh Refresh menu update with the unveiling of the new Subway Series, a lineup of 12 all-new signature items that includes some of the best sandwiches in the brand’s history.
The chain’s team of culinary experts spent over a year applying six decades of sandwich knowledge and skill, and testing hundreds, maybe even thousands, of recipes to create the twelve new sandwiches that earned a highly coveted spot on The Subway Series menu. Crafted to deliver maximum crave in every bite, each sandwich recipe highlights Subway’s refreshed ingredients by combining them in new and unexpected ways.
The Subway Series, which is probably the most significant menu update in Subway’s nearly 60-year history, also introduces a new menu and ordering system that makes it easier for fans to order. From now on, instead of picking your ingredients and toppings throughout the ordering process, fans simply have to say their favorite sandwich’s number or name followed by six-inch or footlong.
To celebrate the launch The Subway Series, the brand is inviting guests across the country to experience these new signature subs on July 12, 2022, as it gives away up to 1 million free Subway Series sandwiches.
While fans are still able to order their go-to customized classic, Subway is encouraging everyone in America to try the best sandwich they’ve never created. On July 12, 2022, from 10 AM to 12 PM local time, up to 1 million free 6-inch Subway Series subs will be offered across the country. Guests can visit a participating Subway location during this time frame and pick one free sandwich from the 12 new Subway Series subs.
