My husband and I were communicating with a sales representative for a specific vehicle, made an appointment and discussed how we would be coming from almost 2 hours away and everything was fine he said we were good to go. When we got to the dealer for that said appointment they told us the vehicle was not available and that someone put a deposit on the vehicle 1 hour ago. The sales associate did not say anything about us putting a deposit down (which we would have). The vehicle was on hold for us but apparently that did not matter to them. They did not even have the decency to send a text and let us know it was sold. I absolutely would not recommend this dealer

I contacted this dealer and asked what my out the door

I contacted this dealer and asked what my out the door price would be. I also asked for a copy of the carfax. 2 days later I contacted someone else at the dealership to get the informationI asked for. A few minutes later the person (Geo) it talked to originally called me. I again asked him to let me know what the total would be so I could get a cashier's check. I didn't ask for a better price as I was willing to pay the listed price. So he finally sent me the pricing and not only was the expected high dealer fees they also added a lojack to the cost for around $600.00. to me that is false advertising. Something should be done with a dealership that is so crooked.

Self-employed stay away!!!!!
Stay away!!!!I am self-employed and made 55k last year and these xxxxxxxx treated me like I was unemployed.They could not have been any more unprofessional.

This is about my "first time there" review. I spoke too soon. I want it deleted. Don't know if this will delete or edit it, but I'm trying to. READ CAREFULLY anything you are being charged for before you sign it. All I can say for now. And Jeff was such a nice guy.

CROOKS DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM

Con artist. All they did was lie. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. They lie and try and tel you that you have to buy the the lojack with is xxxxxxxx sales tactic. It is against the law for a dealership to force you to buy lojack on a car you are paying cash for. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! THEY ARE CROOKS.
